Join us in southern Arizona for this year’s retreat - Sisterhood. There is limited space available and you don’t want to miss out. Be prepared to laugh, reflect, be silly, go without makeup, enjoy the scenery, and wear workout clothes and Xavier gear all weekend! Let’s unwind together and be grateful for the gifts that bond us, our girls!

Confirmation: Retreat slots will be confirmed in the order they are received from the registration form. If all retreat slots have been filled there will be a waiting list.

What’s included in the cost?
The cost of the retreat is $225 and includes lodging, food, and special treats. There should be no additional costs or donation requests.
When will I know if I have a slot?
The retreat slots will be confirmed in the order they are received from the registration form. You will be notified by email starting Wed, Sept 6.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes. You never know what will happen by November. We will keep an active waiting list.
Can I come late or leave early?
The expectation is that you will be attending the retreat from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. There are various activities that the committee has worked hard on and planned for each day. If you currently have arrangements that conflict, this might not be the year for you. However, life happens. Get in touch with the retreat leads or class coordinator if any significant issues arise throughout the fall.
Who’s running this thing?
Shannon LeDoux (Grace ’25) and Julie McCreery (Elle ’25) are in charge of this year’s retreat. Any questions, reach out to them directly or send an email to email@example.com.
Is there a refund policy?
No. This event is non-refundable.
How many moms?
The number of available beds is 115.
How is this organized?
We organize the group by the graduating year of your daughter. If you have more than one daughter, we’ll figure out which class you will bunk with. There will be class coordinator(s) for each class that will keep track of the group and coordinate information.
Will I get to hang with moms in other classes?
Yes! We group the bunks by class year, but we will have other opportunities for all classes to mingle.
Can I volunteer?
So glad you asked. Yes, you can be a class coordinator. Contact Julie or Shannon directly or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there transportation?
You’re responsible for getting yourself to the retreat. We do encourage and organize carpools by class year.
Are meals provided?
Yes! This year we are happy to report that you do not need to organize or bring any meals. The Triangle Y will handle kitchen activities. However, clean up is yet to be determined…
What’s the camp like?
Remember summer camp? It’s like that - shared bunks and bathrooms. The good news is that each set of 6 bunks has their own bathroom. You will not need to put on shoes to brush your teeth!
