Looking for a quiet moment amidst the holidays?
Please join us for a Mothers' Morning of Reflection
Monday, Dec. 9 from 7:45am to 10:00am
We will meet in the Post room (2nd floor of Founders Hall) for a reflective moment and then join our girls for a beautiful all school mass in the AC at 8:45 a.m. This is a great opportunity to soften your heart and welcome the season with other like-minded moms.

College Packet - The College Packet includes the Parent Brag Sheet, Resume and Student Self Assessment. The College Packet is required and is used to write letters of recommendation. Seniors have received an email from their counselor. The packet is due August 1..
College Info Night - This counseling event is for parents and students of the class of 2027. You'll review the college process timeline, Naviance, and what's new in the application process. Meet in the lecture hall in the Performing Arts Center at 5:45 pm on August 6.
Senior Gear - You can order Senior items in Gator Gear. See section below. The deadline to order senior items is August 14.
College Application Workshops with XCP Counseling - New this year: the counseling department will hold college application workshops and workspaces for students to work on college applications, ask questions of their counselors ,and have more direct guidance with apps. The place and time will be McGroder Lecture Hall from 3:45-5 pm.
Tentative dates: August 13, 20 (Instate apps specifically), 27, and September 3
Yearbook Tribute - If you'd like to place a tribute in the yearbook, tributes must be turned in to the Senior Tribute box at the front desk anytime during the week of Sept 28 - Oct 2, 2026.
Senior Treats - We celebrate our seniors four times a year with a fun treat. Parents are welcome to all Senior Treats. Come on down! The dates for 2026-27 are coming soon.
Fashion Show - All seniors are invited to participate in the 2027 Fashion Show. The student fee to participate is $100 and rehearsal is required. There are 5 practices and the show is at Arizona Biltmore on February 26.
Frosh Night - A night of food, crafts, and laughs for our incoming Gator freshwomen. Meet in Founders Hall from 6-8:30 pm in Founders Hall on August 3.
New Parent Socials - Meet new parents and get to know more about the Xavier experience. Choose your date - August 11 (Arcadia) or August 12 (Central Phoenix).
Back to School Night - Back to school night for Freshwomen is August 17.
Welcome to XCP From Xavier Counseling Dept - Small group meetings with students and counselors will be held in August.. Student to counselor (1:1) meetings will start in late October through November. And, new this year, frosh will receive monthly communication about college readiness, social skills, coping skills and events.
