Bobbi’s relationship with the Mothers’ Guild began when she spoke at the Scholarship Fashion Show in 2011 and 2013.
Before joining the Mothers’ Guild Team, she worked in the Madison School District as a 1st and 2nd grade teacher at Simis and in the REACH gifted program.
Although she doesn’t yet have children, she does have a corgi named Tucker, who sometimes helps out in the Mothers’ Guild Office.
Bobbi has a Bachelors degree in Communication and a Masters in Education. She is an Arizona native and currently resides in North Central Phoenix.
Bobbi has fond memories of her own mom, Sue Collier Holcomb ’63, volunteering with the Mothers’ Guild, and is happy to be able to assist the current Xavier moms in their desire to support their daughters and the XCP mission. Xavier holds a special place in Bobbi’s heart, and she loves giving back to the school that provided her with so much.
Monica is the new Director of Gator Gear, but she has been a part of Xavier for the past 22 years as the head coach of Xavier Spiritline and Gatorline.
In addition to coaching, Monica is the owner of an apparel company with her husband for the past 7 years and the mom of three boys that keep her very busy.
“I have always had a love for Xavier and am honored to have the opportunity to work with the Gator Gear and all the amazing volunteers that keep it going. The girls and families I have worked with through coaching have become a part of my family and I know I will feel the same about the volunteers that I work with. Happy to continue to be a Gator!!”
