NEW FAMILY WELCOME COMMITTEE

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
to welcome incoming families
(frosh and transfer students) to our Xavier community!
Do you remember being a new Xavier mom? Would it have been nice to connect with another Xavier mom who already had high school experience and could answer a million questions?

With the New Family Welcome Committee, you can have the opportunity to be helpful to new Xavier parents and answer questions they might have from curriculum to carpools.

The primary purpose of this committee is to make calls so that parents have a personal connection with another Xavier parent and to see if they have questions about the information they have received from the Mothers’ Guild or Xavier.  Another objective of your call is to encourage moms to get involved in the Xavier community by attending the monthly Mothers’ Guild meetings so they can partake in all that the Mothers’ Guild has to offer.

It’s so easy!  Phone calls to the new families should be made the first week of school so they know how happy we are to have them join our community!  Please note that there is a
particular need for Spanish-speaking moms.

If this sounds like something you’d like to do, please sign up for this new committee for the upcoming school year!
